Listening to Floco Torres was an experience of a lifetime. I just don’t understand why I haven’t heard more of him before. Every song I listened to was ON POINT, and not just loud and obnoxious rap. I always expect to hear at least one song of fluf bullshit, but there was none here. This guy is what I have been waiting on. His style is ginuine and tasteful. I had such an hard time trying to narrow it down to one song. I finally had to settle on picking by using that good ole eeny meeny miny moe, and after doing it several times, I settled on Unthinkable.
The beat drops with a really mystic sound that at first intrigues you and before you know it your bobbing your head and tapping your foot to the beat. I can relate to this hit on soo many levels. This is a motivational song, one of changing your life from what you were given into what you never thought you ever could. My favorite line being “the only way to live, is like you never knew you ever did.” Unthinkable is without a doubt being added to my Mojah morning vibe playlist. It’s vibes are positive, uplifting and also kid friendly, something that many song just aren’t now a days. Floco Torres has versatility in flow keeps you guessing and hungry for more. Keep your ears open for this indie hustler, he’s about to kill the map and right before your very eyes. Im sure we will soon see him with plenty of awards, showing just how great he really is. He’s currently working on his #DreamBoard Tour Part1. He will be at the Radio Room in Greenvile, South Carolina on September 4 at 9 pm and September 5 at 1am. I’m sure this is a show you don’t want to miss. His new EP will be dropping Aug 11, 2015 so keep your ears open and ready. When you hear it you will understand why. You can get more information about his whereabouts on his website and make sure you check him out on his social media and youtube.
