Yes I love yoga but the bottom line is,  I fell off of the yoga wagon about 5 months ago and I haven’t been the same since. I started doing yoga as something to fill a few time slots I had each week but now it has turned into a craving. you read that correctly, I am craving yoga and I can’t find the discipline to start. So as I write this just know that I am fighting myself to just delete this all and try something else. I figure the only way to get myself back on track is with a little help from those around me with the issue-getting started.


With getting started in mind, it’s time to get back to the basics. I am challenging myself and you to the 30 day vibe and flex yoga challenge.  Here’s a daily challenge that incorporates dope musical vibes and yoga stretching. I will post daily pictures and videos of myself with each pose as well as those of you who join in on the challenge.
