Oh yes my beautiful people, we have made it to Day 8 of the #vibeandflexyogachallenge. Although it has been tough especially for me and this doggone boot, I thank Jah I pushed through. You know I wouldn’t leave you all hanging. We are starting to pick up some steam and its a beautiful thing. I have received great feed back about this yoga challenge and its amazing how many people, young and old, are able to enjoy this challenge without being overwhelmed. Some suggestions I have to help you through this challenge are to make sure you are drinking lots of water and DON’T OVERDUE IT. I know sometimes its rather hard to drink plain water but get in as much as possible because your body is made up of so much water and its very important to stay hydrated. You can substitute for other detox water recipes that better suite your needs. I understand that some of the poses are easier than others but that all a part of the game. You have to go through all of the stage because skipping them or pushing yourself a little too hard can hurt you and that something I or you wouldn’t want. Here’s your day 8 pose:
B Wise has a track “lately” that is simply incredible. First, the beat is amazing and the vocals hype it all the way up. If that doesn’t get you then B wise and his accent will surely get you. The Australian rapper has some lyrics that will make you want to listen to all of his music nonstop and ride the vibe.
