We’ve made it to the start of another week, Praise Jah for that. Day 13 of the #vibeandflexyogachallenge was insanely HARD!! The crow pose is harder especially with a boot but you can do it if I can. Make sure that when you are doing this pose especially when your just beginning yoga that you spread your finger to help with posture. I know it doesn’t seem like anything big but believe me, it makes a big difference. If you need to modify the pose do so as your leisure, but try to push yourself to go farther than you thought you could. Yoga isn’t all about being perfect but rather its about growth. Enjoy and lets continue on our journey of getting flexible.
Vibes for the flex today is “Once” by the talented NGAIIRE. NGAIIRE, pronounced Nigh-rie – like ‘diary’ but with an “N,” is one Empress who isn’t afraid of being herself. This track is surely going to knock your socks off.
