Day 14 of the #vibeandflexyogachallenge with the extended leg pose. I tried to hold this pose for 30 seconds but I need some work, really. I was only able to hod it about 20 seconds so if you can’t hold it for long, don’t worry, we are all huffing and puffing with you. The breathing was the hardest to keep steady. Besides the pain in the foot I was holding, I just wanted to lower my leg and be done already. I could hardly keep my back straight and the other foot didn’t seem to be planted right any of the times I did the pose. Don’t be discouraged though, it’s rough for all if us beginners and I don’t judge. Make sure your working on your breathing as well as drinking more water.

The vibe for this pose is, “I woke up/stay woke” by OSHUN. All I can say is freaking WOW!!!

OSHUN, are two of the most straightforward sister i have heard in a while. They bar no curves and make the most of their music by making it meaningful.  These ladies are like the mix of Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu and they have gotten my attention for sure.
