It’s hump-day and we are humping right through the #vibeandflexyogachallenge. We only have 21 days left and we can make it. I know we all are having some challenges but just keep pushing through. I can’t stress enough the importance of balanced meals and LOTS of water. I know everyone doesn’t really like water but there are many recipe water that you can find online or you can go to my Pinterest under Health Eating to make it easy on yourself.
