Only ten more days to go before the end of the vibe and flex yoga challenge. For some it feels like it has been longer and for others it feels like we just started. Today’s pose is the bridge pose. It’s done on the floor but it partially a back bend. You should stay in this pose for anywhere from 15 seconds to 1 minute. While in this pose you have to make sure to clench the buttocks as to ease the stress that may be put on your spine and to help with your core muscles. Make sure you are breathing in a steady pattern so that you calm and relax the body, getting the most from the stretch. Today’s pose was exceptionally hard for me today but I pushed through anyways. Keep yourself hydrated and lets continue on this healthy lifestyle journey.
The vibe for today is from the dynamic Maralisa with “Twice.” its smooth and soothing but the lyrics are extremely truthful. One of her lines says ” I walked away from you twice and did not fall.” Now if that isn’t some truth I don’t know what is.
