The countdown is real! We only have 9 more days of the vibe and flex yoga challenge and the poses are a little more challenging but we can can do it together! Today’s pose is the seated twist or seated half fish. It’s one of the best back stretches that I have had in a while. Luckily the boot wasn’t in the way and I was able to fully stretch my body. You know I have to make sure to remind you drink lots of water and to try to eat balanced meals. We are in this struggle together so lets finish up strong. Enjoy your stretch and lets not over stretch. I know once you start you don’t want to stop but please don’t over do it. Holding poses for longer than 15-30 seconds are working against your goal so please be careful.
