Day 24 was a awesome back stretch with Bow Pose. If you are not able to grab your ankles you can modify by using the yoga straps to help ease the tensions a well as lift your thighs off of the ground a little. You should hold this pose for about 20-30 seconds allowing for your chest to open. Make sure that you are controlling your breathing while doing this. Bow pose is great from improving posture, helpful with menstrual discomfort, the strengthen back muscles, stimulates your abdomen and neck organs. Its a pose that stretches your entire front portion of your body, ankles, thighs and groins, abdomen and chest, and throat, and deep hip flexors. You know I have to remind you to drink lots of water and stay hydrated because its hard to be flexible without the right amount of fluids in your body. I mean after all, we are made up of mostly water. Enjoy Bow pose and have a blessed experience.
