Only 5 more days to go my beautiful people. We have officially made it to the 25th day of the vibe and flex yoga challenge!! I know its bitter sweet but lets finish strong. Today’s pose is the supported headstand, one type of inversion (its just another way of saying being upside down in yoga terms). There are so many types of inversions but this one seems to be one of the easiest for me because just as the name says, you are supported by your hands in the front of your head. The only issue I had with this pose was the boot itself which made it hard for me to get or keep my back straight and balance because it was heavy. The Support Headstand calms the brain as well as strengthens the entire body when your posture is correct. It can take a few tries to get it right but I know you can do it. If you need some help then I recommend using the wall for support. Now you already know I have to remind you to stay hydrated and eat balanced meals to help increase your overall health. This will increase your overall flexibility and strength.



The dope vibes for today are from the gifted Liana Banks with “M.O.N.” (Money Over Niggas).



There is nothing like a great Friday anthem. The energy that Banks brings is not only impressive but is needed in a time when young women think they have to be on drugs busting it wide open in order to get and keep a man. She just turned Money Over Bitches into something positive and uplifting.
