Keep on pushing because the end of this challenge is near. Today’s pose is Saddle Pose and it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Saddle pose has the wonderful benefits of opening your hips, lower back, quadriceps, and it opens your entire front. This is a great pose to modify with yoga blocks which can also help to stimulate your thyroid. You should hold this pose from 1 to 5 minutes but it’s up to your discretion. Just like any other day i must remind you to drink, drink, drink-water that it. Staying hydrated gives your body so much pleasure and it will thank you for it. I know many of you don’t like water or the taste but that can be easily fixed with natural fruit for the flavor you want. Give it a try before you flat out say “NO.” I was one of those who said i wasn’t going to try anything in my water but I was wrong, it was delicious.
