You can’t plan every little detail as much as you would like to think so. Don’t worry, you don’t need to, your living. Make simple to do lists. Try not to overwhelm yourself with lists over 10-20 tasks. If you can do more make it work and get rolling.
Keep a schedule
Make schedule to help you get things done. You know how your lives work so don’t plan to do everything in the morning if you already know you can’t do it. Make your schedule realistic. As you grow you will be able to easily schedule more things you like to do.
No one can tell you what works for you. It can be annoying but don’t let anyone stop your process. If you have to do things at night versus morning or even afternoon maybe, DO IT! Scheduling is uncomfortable but that’s okay. Being comfortable is the first step in growing.
Stay healthy: spiritually & physically
