Planning for Success

At some point you have to get into gear and strive to be better than right now. If your tired of being lazy, stop it cold turkey. Some people say gradually lean away from doing it but I say just stop!

You have to be prepared spiritually and physically to grow. Things will change but it’s all necessary. Make it easy on yourself, plan ahead, keep a schedule and stay healthy (Spiritually and Physically).

Plan ahead

You can’t plan every little detail as  much as you would like to think so. Don’t worry, you don’t need to, your living. Make simple to do lists. Try not to overwhelm yourself with lists over 10-20 tasks. If you can do more make it work and get rolling.

Keep a schedule

Make schedule to help you get things done. You know how your lives work so don’t plan to do everything in the morning if you already know you can’t do it. Make your schedule realistic. As you grow you will be able to easily schedule more things you like to do.

No one can tell you what works for you. It can be annoying but don’t let anyone stop your process. If you have to do things at night versus morning or even afternoon maybe, DO IT! Scheduling is uncomfortable but that’s okay. Being comfortable is the first step in growing.

Stay healthy: spiritually & physically

Not having healthy habits, spiritually and physically, can cause a confusion if it’s own to your life. On top of the obvious health risks that can kill you, there is the spiritual side that can hinder your or propel you.

Making healthy decisions is a personal choice. No one can make you do it. You have to take a chance on your spiritual and physical health too.

What you have to understand is that your body is always working. In order to be physically healthy you have to me spiritually healthy so that you can fight the days when you want to just give up. Get your head in the game, literally, and plan for healthy success with spiritual and physical growth.

Some of you many already have your schedule down pack, that’s awesome, share some of your schedule ideas with us. I’m always looking for ways to make life a little easier and less confusing.
