Now that summer is upon us, if you haven’t already, it’s time to get those bellies sexy summer ready and flat. I’m ready to be laying on the beach in my sexy suit getting my melanin kissed by the sun. I don’t have time to be covered up or feeling like everyone is looking at my belly, and neither do you.
Okay, so we know you have to do a little more than yoga to get a flat belly if you know you’re way over weight. Don’t be discouraged, you can still enjoy the benefits of these yoga moves and yoga overall. I do suggest that if you have more than the average fat to burn in your belly region, or core, to cleanse.
Cleansing is a easy way to get rid of excess fats. The easiest way to do this is by making sure you stay hydrated. Having enough water in your body effects your all bodily functions. Some of my favorite clensers are ones that have the least additions. For example, water and lemon. It’s healthy, fat burning and has tons of other benefits.
