Mid-Month Yoga Challenge: The 15 Day #sistayogachallenge- May 15-30 2016. 

I love yoga and now that I’m post surgery I am now cleared to get back into the swing of things yoga like. I know I can’t jump back into high gear, but dammit, this body wants to stretch it all the way out.

Doing yoga alone is great, but sometimes we need a little extra push to keep going without the extra financial obligation. Yoga classes are hard to find when you don’t feel very comfortable and confident in yourself.

Push a yoga class to the side for a minute and think about how much better you are at things when you feel supported? MUCH BETTER, right?
