Why Bush Tea?

I love to drink fresh bush tea which is why I live the Bush Tea Life. At first I thought it was just a phase like when I thought I loved coffee. As it turns out, Bush Tea is my homie for life. Drinking fresh and natural tea everyday does wonders for your digestive system, it’s refreshing and boots energy.

I am team tea all day in the choice between coffee and tea. I like coffee too, but nothing’s better than the taste of tea, any time of day.

The fact of the matter is, my preference is Bush tea so I incorporate that into my lifestyle. Bush Tea has become an alternative to water 24/7. Here are some of the other benefits of Bush Tea

  • Better Dental Hygiene
  • Daily Body Detox
  • Healthier Skin
  • Energy Booster
  • Stress Relief

At a glance you may think it’s too expensive to try going the Bush Tea route. Don’t be fooled, Bush Tea doesn’t have to come from the imaginary garden you started last summer. You can get them at the local grocery store or even Wal-Mart and build. Some of my favorites are:

  • Lemon Grass Tea
  • Black Tea
  • Chai Tea
  • Peppermint Tea
  • Chamomile Tea

My list of favorite teas happen to be some of the easier ones to find as well. There’s nothing like trying to find a new item with names you can’t remember or recognize. I’m always looking to build and add on to my Bush Tea list. Send me your favorites to try and review. I’m no Bust Tea expert (Maybe one day). For now, I’m enjoying the journey of learning how tea can change your health wellness.

Go ahead and get your cup of Bush Tea and get it together before you start your day. Bless Up and Jah Guide.
