Today is the week mark of the #sistayogachallenge and it has been amazing. I don’t remember the last time I actually worked out with my little sister (partly because she’s 15 years younger me). This was the perfect excuse for me to get her to really try yoga. Today’s pose is the Double Boat Pose. Its like 3 different poses all in one.

- Stimulates thyroids, kidneys and prostate glands
- Strengthens hip flexors and spine
