I am so down for the Gluteus Maximus today’s challenge pose is going to help me shape. Our pose for today is the Elevator. It’s a real full body engagement and your body will thank you for it later.
Elecator pose makes you use your partner for balance and guidance. In order for you both to get the full benefits of this pose you have to remember that “Teamwork makes the Dreamwork.”

- Activated core muscles
- Grounds you to earth
- Builds trust with your partner
The point of doing this #sistayogachallenge and partner yoga is to become closer to your partner while getting healthy together. This is no competition so take your time and get the full stretch. Don’t just swat into the pose. Calm your spirit and mind, then work through the pose focusing on the needs of your partner and yourself.
