Day 11 #sistayogachallenge – Huddle Pose 

Today’s pose for Day 11 of the #sistayogachallenege is Huddle Pose. The Huddle pose is a sitting pose with your arm across your sista/partners shoulders. It is similar to yesterdays pose, Lean On Me. It is a much deeper stretch and you can choose to go as low as you would like.

Benefits of the Huddle Pose:

  • Open shoulders
  • Breathing Awareness
  • Stretches your Quadriceps
  • Relieves Lower back stress

As you work on the Huddle Pose with your sista/partner today, try to push yourself as low to the ground as you both can go. It’s much easier said than done but you got this! You know I cant just leave you without a reminder to stay hydrated and to continue regular healthy eating habits. We have 4 days of the #sistayogachallenge to go but yoga goes on forever. You don’t have to be an expert yogi but don’t just stop after that challenge is over. Keep going and see how far you can push yourself to become better. I know your body will thank you for it.
