Hello all of my beautiful people! It is that time again-Vibe & Flex Yoga Challenge time. The Vibe & Flex Yoga Challenge is a time to simply regroup and grow your personal yoga poses that are beginner but needed to progress. These are only a few of the many poses that can be done but these are many of my favorites.
Last time I did this challenge I started off great and ended up in a boot for medical reason but I made the effort to do my yoga every single day and this time is not different, minus the boot.
This is the kind of yoga challenge that will recharge you, get you started on your personal practice and get you in the habit of doing yoga daily. I chose to do it in August since that is when most parents are getting back into the swing of ‘the daily routine’. Your not doing it alone, I will be doing it with you everyday as well.
I will be making how-to videos for most if not all of the poses for this challenge and I’m so excited because this is new for me. I get requests for videos all the time so I am listening and they will be coming you way as soon as next week.
Invite your friends, co-workers, kids, and anyone else who is ready to make a healthy lifestyle change, and of course listen to some great indie music, to join us in the Vibe & Flex Yoga Challenge. It only gets better from here so keep up the great work and lets get more flexible.
