#NAMASTESTRONG IG Yoga Challenge

Hello my beautiful people! Yes, it’s exactly what it looks like, another yoga challenge. The great thing about yoga, is you can do it everyday without having to over exert yourself trying to be someone you’re not. That’s why I’m diving right into another yoga challenge with no days off

 

#NAMASTESTRONG is a 30 day Instagram Yoga Challenge

beginning Thursday, September 1, 2016. 

This yoga challenge is sure to get you to push past defeat and enter into your new found strength. Many of you have just finished up the Vibe & Flex Yoga Challenge so this should help build upon the skills you’ve learned or improved.

If you’re looking at the #NAMASTESTRONG challenge and shaking your head, it’s okay. Keep up your positive attitude and Join us on Instagram. You will get pictures, modifications, and videos to help you move through this challenge. It’s Simple.

Here are the #NAMASTESTRONG IG Yoga Challenge rules:

  1. Follow all hosts: @genaheminoveryoga (genahemiover.com), @matr3moni, @happybettyann & all sponsors: @hoodahatz, @masonjarmn
  2. Take a photo, or video of you doing the pose (or modified pose) for each day of September.
  3. Tag all hosts in your posts so we can see how you #yoglax & pick a winner.

If you can’t keep up with us everyday, just keep going anyways. By the end of these next 30 days your yoglax habit should be intact or on its way to becoming solidified.

Don’t hold onto this gem, share with your friends and family; It will be more fun if you do it with others who will hold you accountable more so than you will holds yourself and vise versa.

I know thinking about some of these poses may have you so confused but it will get better. The first step is getting comfortable with yourself and your mat.

NO MATTER WHAT, it’s your body and your choice.

Please be careful while practicing; If you have prior injuries be extremely mindful of every movement and how it effects your body. By now you know your body and the difference between your pain and your stretch, so again, be careful.

Along with being mindful while practicing, you also have to be mindful of what is going on in the inside of your body and mental/spiritual realms. You can work your body in such a positive way and still counter the positive vibes by not having healthy habits and/or awareness.

Like they say “If you don’t use it, you will lose it.” So stay hydrated, yoglax daily, and exert positive spiritual awareness. I know you can transform into that person on the other side of today. Let’s take it day by day together. Jah Guide.
