Life is great, and to be enjoyed at your will. If you rolled your eyes or gave me the side eye in your head then this is for you. Life is what you make of it, literally. With all the negativity that surrounds us today-It takes intentional thinking to create positive ‘individualized’ outcomes.

You can slowly get it together by planning to do things that give your life purpose. Don’t over think it. Try these 3 simple ways to live a more intentional life.

1. You’re No Longer Open 24 hours – “You can’t be productive 24 hours a day.”

2. Single-Tasking – “Take it one step at a time.”

Baby steps first, multitasking is not welcomed here. I know it sounds crazy because you could be getting so much more done, or so you think. If you cannot focus, you cannot achieve. Prioritize, Prioritize, Prioritize! Get what needs to be done based on how high something is on the priorities list. The higher it is on the list, the sooner it is to get it done. Once you have your list together, it becomes easier to create those single tasks that are the most rewarding.

    1. You’re totally right Stefan. It’s like a 24/7 cram session as we pack in information from all over the place all the time. When it comes to really getting things down, it works against us because it’s just too much going on. Single tasking helps to create opportunities for intentional thinking and doing.
