UPDATE: 30 Day INTO MIND Minimalism Challenge

Hello My Beautiful People! It’s time for a 30 Day INTO MIND Minimalism challenge update. Since October 1st, I must stay that I have been feeling much lighter. I know this is only the beginning, but dang ,that Day 1 without any social media was really rough.

I didn’t mind the other days of following a morning routine, downsizing my beauty collection or even decluttering my digital life. This challenge has been a shift from what I usually do. Although I stick to a schedule, I always build in room for change. I have added in expanding my yoga practice, adult coloring for concentration and focus, and hiking now that it’s cooler.

October is the beginning of a busy time in the year as a whole. Every month from now until February of next year has something to be celebrated. This is the perfect time for new possibilities and challenges. Don’t worry about getting it right, just start!

You have to make the little changes, in order to reap the big rewards you deserve.
