I love a great Challenge. I take on many challenges each year but my favorites have been wellness challenges, especially if they include something for the whole body. It’s easy to participate in challenges separated by individual outcomes because you’re only focusing on those behavioral tasks from one view.

With us focusing on stepping out of comfort zones, its only appropriate to start the year off with a totality wellness challenge-the Yoglax JumpStart Wellness Challenge.  The Yoglax JumpStart Wellness Challenge focuses on 3 main areas (Mind, Body and Soul/Spirit). It challenges you to focus on all areas of your life that can make us all get uncomfortable. If you are just starting out on your wellness journey, you can break the Yoglax JumpStart Wellness Challenge into separate challenges. Breaking it up will allow you to focus on 1 challenge each month.

There is never a right way to get your wellness journey perfect, but the perfect thing is starting. If you’re looking for a place to start I would recommend the yoga. It gets your body moving before you jump into hard-core cardio, and weights. I don’t want anyone to pass out from over exertion. Yoga is not a place to stay as you will need to add to your yoga workout for the maximum benefits.

The Yoglax JumpStart Wellness Challenges welcome all fitness levels, but I recommend that you consult your physician before any sudden changes. These challenges are great for those of you having trouble getting started in the healthy direction, if you are new to the Yoglax lifestyle and need a booster, or when you just need a quick pick me up.
