28 Day Flexibility Yoga Challenge- #IYOGLAXFLEXUARY

Hello My Beautiful People! It’s time to get those bodies ready to move, and that starts with your flexibility. I know, you don’t think your flexible but that’s just not true unless you have some medical condition that says otherwise. Even in that case, it still may not be true. I know firsthand, I have one of those “you will never be able to do that” medical conditions that I never let win or make me stop moving.

The old saying “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it” is spot on! Even if you don’t think you can move as much as you use to, movement starts and ends with movement. It’s better to move a little than never at all.

2017 is the year of breaking through comfort zones. You are already on the right path by starting your yoga practice. Keep in mind, it is just what it says, PRACTICE. Don’t compare yourself to what others have going on, just keep getting better.

I am well overdue for a flexibility range testing and this 28 day yoga challenge will help to set me straight or should I say get me bending. Many of the poses in the #IYOGLAXFLEXUARY challenge are going to push you past your limits. No worries, just yoglax and let your body thank you in return.

Please be careful while practicing; If you have prior injuries be extremely mindful of every movement and how it affects your body. By now you know your body and the difference between your pain and your stretch, so again, be careful.

Along with being mindful while practicing, you also have to be mindful of what is going on in the inside of your body and mental/spiritual realms. You can work your body in such a positive way and still counter the positive vibes by not having healthy habits and/or awareness. Do not fight againt yourself, find ways to incorporate wellness habits into your daily activities. Here are some ways to help you get rid of your ‘fixin to get ready’ attitude.
