After having my third child, getting rid of my mom pooch was the very last thing to come across my mind; I just wanted at least three consecutive hours of sleep. Now that I’m finally getting some sleep, I’ve had time to see the things I was to change clearly. Don’t get me wrong, I love this new slim thickness I’ve been blessed with, but I’m just not feeling this mom pooch anymore.
Now that I’m 4 months postpartum I have the energy to get through a full workout and still enjoy my mommy duties. I have found a few YouTube videos to help me get myself together. Plus, I don’t want to go to anyone’s gym so YouTube was the best thing for me. These videos range from 5 minutes to about 11 minutes. Getting a great ab workout in less than 15 minutes is ideal, especially for busy people, and moms tend to be really busy people. Hopefully you’ll enjoy these 3 videos as much as I do.
This video is a great instructional, especially for those who are just getting started with beginner fitness. The fact that you can go through all of these exercises in less than 10 minutes makes wanting to lose the mom pooch that much more appealing. This is one of my favorite go to videos. Because this is an instructional, once you get the workout down, you no longer need the video and can speed up the routine as you like.
Jessica is very helpful although when I first saw this video I was drawn to her teeth. Once I got over the teeth thing, I enjoyed this video. A 5 minute workout? Heck yeah!!! Looking at Jessica can be a little intimidating at first, but once she tells her story she becomes super relatable–she’s a mom too, so she understands. She shows about 3 exercises, but let me tell you, THEY ALL WILL HAVE YOUR ABS BURNING. Don’t let that scare you though, it’s only 5 minutes.
This is definitely an ass kicker. If you are looking for something easy then this is NOT for you. I like this video a lot because this workout gets down and dirty. If you’re looking for something quick, this is not it. It’s a little over 11 minutes but it really works core muscles. With this video you get a variety of exercises that help get rid of the mom pooch quickly.

Wanting to get rid of your mom pooch is normal but please be careful. Consult your doctor before doing anything out of your normal range as to prevent any injuries. Take your time. Pause and stop the videos as much as you need to and if you don’t know or understand how to do any of the 11 extra exercises I listed, look them up first for additional help.
