Healing A Broken Smile: 7 Logics Of Life

Life can become cumbersome if you let it take hold of you. There are so many things that can lead to a broken smile that it can become hard to piece it back together. Many times there is no one particular thing that can be fixed but we need a shot of happiness. The great thing about happiness is there is nothing to little or too large because you are the only judge.

When I find myself in a fuck there are 7 main things I use to help me find my inner peace-the 7 logics of life. Most of not all of these logics will seem like common sense but most things are, we just tend to over look them. The next time you’re smile it starting to crack and you need to get it back shinning remember these 7 simple things

Make peace with your past so it doesn’t spoil your present

What has already happened was just a moment and cannot be changed. You can always make better decisions going forward but there is no rewind button. If you focus on the past you will never be able to look forward the beautiful things that can happen in the future. The future is filled with possibilities, many unbeknownst to you until you dream them and then conquer them.

What others think of you is none of your business

Other can think whatever they want. What they think, how they think and why are none of your concern. Living for others is not progressive but a default type of self-hate that must be overcome. When you are living your best life, you don’t have time to take in consideration what people think of you and their vibes; You’re too busy basking in your possibilities (they are probably the same things people thought you’d never be able to accomplish in the first place), and spreading your good vibes.

Time heals almost everything. Give time, some time

We all get hurt sometimes-There is no way you can avoid it. Sometimes we hurt others, they hurt us and we even hurt ourselves. Ever hurt wont be intentional but that doesn’t make the pain any less. The best way to heal many times is giving our wounds time to heal. Just as if you have fallen and scrapped your knee. You have to clean your wounds and allow time for it to heal. Give yourself some time and allow those who you’ve hurt time to heal as well. You don’t have the right to tell someone when they should be healed because you dont know how deep their wounds are.

No one is the reason for your happiness except you.

You are the only one in control of your happiness. Others may bring something to your life that you enjoy, but ultimately your happiness is yours- No one can take it and no one can give it. Everyday you are given the chance to put a smile on your face. If you are having a hard time finding something to be happy about here’s one thing that works for me  every time- I HAVE LIFE. I know that doesn’t seem like but really it’s everything. You have to be thankful for the simple things like being able to wake up another day in order to enjoy any thing else.

Dont compare your life to others. You have no idea what their life entails or what their journey really is about.

Your life is yours and that is for a damn good reason. As much as others lives may seem glamorous and perfect, you have no idea what they have to deal with in order to keep it. Better than that, you have no idea what they had to do to obtain it. What they were okay with doing to achieve where they are in life may be something you are not okay with. Everyone has their own journey. If you are so stuck on what someone is doing on their journey you may never realize just how amazing your own is, and can become. Bottom line, stay in your own lane-It was made for you.

Stop thinking too much. It’s okay to not to know all of the answers

Other thinking is draining. It will and can suck every bit of joy right out of your soul. Get out of your own head sometimes and enjoy the moment that you’re in. When you start to over think, you tend to miss what is going on right in front of you. Not knowing the answers or the next move is okay. There is no rule book that says you must know everything about everything, even when you’ve learned nothing about it yet. Learning takes time so be polite to yourself, slow down and get rid of your negative thoughts.

Smile, you don’t own all the problems in the world.

There is always a place and time to smile. It is a scientific fact that when you want to brighten up your day you can smile and it release feel-good messages to your brain. They increase your happiness along with other health benefits. The great thing about problems is that you don’t own them all. They come and go but they are never all yours. Before you freak out about the problems you have, remember there is someone out there who wishes the only problem they had, is the one your faced with. When you have a problem try taking a deep breath and then tackling it will a clear mind.

Everything in life wont be answered for you in a matter of seconds. Things are going to be rough sometimes. At least you have 7 ways that can help you get through almost anything may be thrown your way. There is nothing that you can’t do when you set your mind on positivity.
