Who is Matr3Moni?

I’m an acquired taste, and I’m great with that.
Only the strong will be brave enough to step in my path and I like it that way even more. Anything outside of me being authentically me would be such an great disappointment and slap in the face to my creator. I share my truths and guide others through and to their own. Anything outside of that is not my concern.

I use ‘cuss’ words and you don’t even think them🤷🏽‍♀️ I say what other people make take wrong🤷🏽‍♀️ I push people to the edge just to pull them back as they look down🤷🏽‍♀️

I also create a space where people don’t have to hide who they really are without being judged✔️ I also show people that they are everything they want(ed) to be by putting one foot in front of the other and starting here and now✔️I also help others create their healthy forever lifestyle that is not equated to anyone else’s ✔️

I am an educated black women who has nothing to fear. Any time is the right time to be your true, authentic self. I a mother of three, wife, daughter, sister and friend who wants the absolute best for and from everyone. That means everyone has to GET BETTER and GROW. I am a certified yoga instructor and growth coach.

What is Matr3Moni.com?

This space is to help people break out of comfortable habits who have been punkin’ them out of obtaining greatness and teach how to grow authentically with no apologies. Here is where people come to find their inner peace, motivation, accountability, wellness services and products that make life a little better mentally, physically and spiritually.

Here you can be honest and open within allowing authenticity to take control. When life seems to be full of thunder and the pouring rain, find what works for you. You are not alone. We all have been there, or may be going through it and here is a safe place to share those experiences. You are the sunshine, even while cleaning your life’s head trash, and dusty old spaces full of things that no longer serve purpose. The only way to be better, is to do better through acknowledgment, honesty, learning new habits and practice.

Why was Matr3Moni.com created?

In 2015, I lost my father, and my father-in-law the year prior from the same cancer—it changed my entire outlook on the world. Here I was dealing with my own health and issues without sharing what could potentially change and/or save someone’s life.

Health became a passion I never knew was there until I was forced to peel back the layers down to the core and challenge myself to grow through everything, without being afraid of my greatness, and/or others opinion unapologetically.

I quickly realized that I wasn’t the only one feeling the storms of life, and my journey was an unique journey worth sharing. Teaching others to become the best version of themselves with discipline, authenticity, honesty and a healthy lifestyle is my happy place. It’s a true lifestyle, and not a hobby. Pushing other in return pushes me.

Don’t be afraid to give me a shout when you here my mouth.
